What Data is Processed?
When you use a Car Park managed by Parking Enforcement & Security Services, we may collect and process data that includes images of your vehicle and it’s Vehicle Registration Marks (VRMs).
If the parking terms and conditions are breached, a Notice of Parking Charge may be issued. The data processed in connection with the issuance of a Notice of Parking Charge includes the recipient’s name and address, images of the vehicle, its details, VRM, and movements within the Car Park.
If you submit an appeal or correspond with us in any way regarding a Notice of Parking Charge, we may process additional personal data. This may include your VRM, name, address, email, phone number, Notice of Parking Charge reference number, IP address, the capacity in which you are appealing (e.g., keeper, driver, hirer, other), and any other information provided in your correspondence or appeal, including any documentation shared with us.
How Do We Collect Your Personal Data?
Images of your vehicle and VRMs are captured by our Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras, CCTV cameras, and/or on-site attendants.

Body-Worn Video Camera Data
What Data is Processed and How Do We Collect Your Personal Data?
Body-Worn Video (BWV) cameras, used by our Wardens, capture visual and audio data. The purpose of these recordings is to safeguard the Warden during incidents of violent, aggressive, or anti-social behavior. Footage is securely encrypted and stored on a secure server. Only authorized personnel can access this data, and it is automatically deleted after 30 days unless retained for an investigation.
The BWV camera is activated only when the Warden reasonably suspects that a member of the public may engage in aggressive or violent behavior towards them.

The BWV devices serve as a deterrent to aggressive behavior, support de-escalation, enhance staff safety, and provide verifiable recordings that may reduce complaints against staff. The lawful basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of our Wardens.
Who Do We Share Body-Worn Camera Data With?
BWV footage may be stored if necessary for an internal investigation or at the request of law enforcement. This data will not be shared with any other third parties.
