Once we receive the signed Warden Patrolled Ticketing Contract, we arrange for one of our Area Managers to visit and survey your site, discuss your requirements, identify your needs, and agree the parking restrictions and the number of warning signs required.
We then arrange for our maintenance division to install clear warning signs informing motorists of the parking restrictions in place and clearly stating the Terms and Conditions of parking.
Where required, we issue your authorised vehicles with parking permits, or we can recognise your existing permit scheme if one is already in operation.
Our uniformed Parking Officers then patrol your site randomly but regularly in liveried vehicles. If they identify a vehicle parked in contravention of the displayed Terms and Conditions, they will photograph the vehicle, clearly showing the contravention, and issue a Parking Charge with details of how payment of the Parking Charge can be made within 14 days using one of the following methods:
Online
Telephone
Post
The Parking Charge also includes details of the appeals and complaints procedure. No reference is made to you, the site owner.
Should you identify a vehicle parked in contravention of the Terms and Conditions between our patrols, you can contact our Control Room, where the nearest mobile patrol will be located using our live vehicle tracking system and asked to attend as soon as possible.
