Self Ticketing

  • Suppose a vehicle is parked in contravention of the Terms and Conditions at your site.
  • Rather than waiting for one of our mobile patrols to attend and issue a Parking Charge, your on-site concierge or porter can be authorised to issue Parking Charges using the PESS Enforcement App.
  • The PESS Enforcement App is available on Android and Windows devices and is fully integrated with our Control Room.
  • When a Parking Charge is issued, the user captures the required photographic evidence using the app. The images, together with the site name, date and time, are uploaded instantly to our secure system.
  • All photographic evidence is stored within our Control Room and is available to support the contravention where required.
  • Parking Charges issued at your site can be viewed through a secure online portal using the login credentials provided by PESS.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided to your concierge or porter before they begin issuing Parking Charges. Ongoing support is also available, and a dedicated contact number is provided for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
